Case Question:

Geographically set in a tropical zone, Thailand’s annual monsoon season is unavoidable. Similarly, every year, Thailand’s economy, which widely depends on agriculture, suffers millions due to flooding damage on farmlands. Overflooded roads greatly inconvenience citizens and even destroy homes, displacing hundreds of people. The lack of efficiency in flood prevention causes these problems. What are your ideas on how to prevent this from happening?
